About Eryri Photo Group

This Group was formed several years ago in order that there should be a club able to represent the North Wales Photographic Association in the PAGB Inter-Club Slide Championship and the PAGB Inter-Club Print Championship each year.

There are only 20 clubs in North Wales, mostly with a very small membership and they find it extremely difficult to get enough work together to compete nationally.

The Eryri Photo Group has, as its members, the keener photographers from the other clubs and represents North Wales in the Slide Championship and the Print Championship each year.

In order to stimulate and inspire our members, we have two or three meetings each year, inviting well-known speakers from outside the area. Our members live as far apart as Abersoch, Beaumaris, Dolgellau, Rhyl & Wrexham and it is almost impossible to find a venue that will suit everyone.
